The simple structure of this routine is based on the Prophet’s ﷺ Hadith: “The most beloved deed to Allah is the most regular and constant even if it were little” [Sahih Bukhari]

By the start of Ramadan, you will have:

• Prayed 30 Tahajjud Prayers.
  
• Fasted 8 days.
  
• Read 2 Juz.
  
• Prayed 84 Sunnah Rak’as.
